At DreamON Studio, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right - quickly and simply.

1. What You Can Return

We happily accept returns under these conditions:

Wall Decorations

• Return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged)
• Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

Paint-by-Numbers DIY Kits

Eligible for refund or replacement only if:

• The kit has not been painted or started
• The kit is not personalized (custom kits are final sale)

This ensures every customer receives a fresh, untouched kit ready to paint.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return:

• Opened, used, or partially painted Paint-by-Numbers kits
• Personalized/custom-made wall art or kits
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items (when stated on the product page)

3. If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We’re very sorry if this happens - and we’ll fix it right away.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

4. How to Start a Return

Just send us a message at hello@dreamon.studio with:

• Your name
• Order number
• The item you’d like to return
• The reason (so we can continue improving!)

We’ll reply with simple return instructions.

Return shipping costs:

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damage, defect) → We cover it
• For all other returns → Return shipping is paid by the customer

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an update.

If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Banks typically process refunds within 5-10 business days

If the item arrives used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.

6. Exchanges

Want to swap your item for a different size, style, or design?
No problem! Just contact us and we’ll check the availability and guide you through the process.

7. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it - as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but you can still request a return after it arrives.
